As a wellness coach and mentor, one of the most important ways to help clients keep on track with their self-care routine is to work with them to create plans that are goal-orientated.

A self-care plan is always customised considering a person's unique circumstances, health and other factors. However, there is a common underlaying thread to all self-care plans, which is to make a commitment to address all domains in life, including physical, psychological, and emotional health, spiritual needs and relationships.

In Creating Self-Care Plans you’ll learn  how to assess your clients needs for the different stages of life.
