It examines strategies for maintaining physical wellbeing, investigates the science and significance of healthy sleep, and offers guidance on building a strong foundation in physical activity and nutrition that can be applied in everyday life.
Meet your trainer - Kim Atherton
Kim is a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Biomedical Scientist. She enjoys using her science background to help clients understand the scientific nature of their issues and then applying traditional complimentary medicine methods to help restore balance.
Kim has always enjoyed ensuring that complex issues are broken down into easily understood concepts. She works part-time in the in-vitro diagnostic industry, has her own online naturopathic business, and enjoys lecturing at Nature Care College.
