Dispensary Assistant – Production Department

Australian Bush Flower Essences is seeking a Dispensary Assistant to join our Production Manufacturing Department.
We are a close-knit and supportive team, passionate about creating flower remedies that gently support emotional care and wellbeing.
We are looking for someone who is calm, reliable, and detail-oriented - the kind of person who likes doing things properly, can follow a process carefully, and can work both independently and part of a team once trained. You enjoy working with care and intention, and contributing to a positive team environment.
You would be working in one of our Production rooms, where we make our remedies. This includes everything from filling the bottles with flower essences through to lidding, labelling, and packing. We do use conveyor, labelling and filling machines with full training provided. This does come with some noise and is something to keep in mind if you are sensitive. This is an active and hands-on role and there will be repetitive movements and light lifting involved.
As we operate in a clean environment and follow HACCP regulations, please note that jewellery, nail polish, false nails, and false eyelashes are not permitted.
Position details:
· Monday to Thursday 8am – 4 pm
· Either 3 or 4 set days per week
· Casual pay rate with permanent regular days
