In this life changing 8 week course you’ll learn focus techniques and how to perform a variety of beneficial mindfulness practices to positively improve your every-day life in a multitude of ways.
Mindfulness includes seating meditation, the lying down body scan meditation, conscious awareness, mindful eating and strategies to stay mindful before, during and after work.
You’ll learn to understand the mindfulness movement attitudes of the practice from a philosophical, physical and psychological perspective. During the 8 week course you’ll be required to apply the focus techniques and mindfulness practices that you are learning into daily/weekly practices.
