12 November 2024

This past weekend, the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) hosted the prestigious Natural Medicine Awards, and we are thrilled to celebrate the exceptional achievements of the winners and finalists who continue to inspire and uplift our community.

A special congratulations to Nature Care Lecturer Lis Conlon, who was awarded Lecturer of the Year. Lis’s dedication to education and her unwavering commitment to shaping the next generation of practitioners in natural medicine are truly remarkable. Her passion for her craft and her students shines brightly, setting an inspiring standard for us all.

We also wish to celebrate Nature Care Graduate Louise Mace, who was a finalist in the Student of the Year category. Louise’s hard work, curiosity, and determination are a testament to the incredible future of our profession, and we’re so proud of her achievements.

To all the finalists across every category, we applaud your contributions to the natural medicine community. Your work, whether as practitioners, educators, or students, enriches the lives of so many and empowers others in their wellness journeys.

Thank you to the ATMS for recognising the extraordinaty standard of excellence and professionalism in the Australian Natural Medicine industry. These awards remind us of the power of natural medicine to transform lives and the vital role each of us plays in advancing the field. Thank you for your passion, dedication, and inspiration.
