Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers in selecting supplements tailored to their needs, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting products that align with their health and fitness objectives.
• Utilise strong product knowledge to educate customers on supplement benefits and usage.
• Maintain store presentation (includes general cleaning and tidying) and uphold our commitment to service excellence.
• Operate the point of sale system (Vend) for transactions and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations and customer experience.
• Meet sales and KPI goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the supplement industry preferred; naturopath or dietician background a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work weekends and flexibility during weekdays.
• Proficiency in point of sale systems; experience with Vend preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
