Your role will encompass
- Taking care of bookings for our advanced ozone machine
- Welcoming our clients as they arrive
- Set up for each appointment
- Taking care of the client during their session
- Seeing the client out as they leave
- Administration
- Cleaning duties
- Sales
The skills and experience you will need
- Basic computer skills and an ability to learn and run a client booking system and the machine software
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to stay focussed and have attention to detail as you take care of the client while they are in their session
- The ability to follow procedures impeccably
- The ability to learn about the machine and talk our clients through the process with the knowledge you have learned
- Professional persentation
- Sales focussed
