This role is a permanent part-time opportunity, which may suit a qualified Naturopath looking to move into industry or someone qualitified with previous experience in a similar role.
Some key areas of responsibility include:
Provide Naturopathic/product advice to customers/consumers in relation to PharmaCare products, utilising your Naturopathic knowledge to answer customer/consumer queries and complaints.
Resolve customer/consumer requests, questions and complaints on PharmaCare products. These queries may be via email, phone, socials or other written correspondence.
Provide detailed reports on adverse reactions experienced by a consumer in line with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements by extracting information via phone consultation.
All queries are to be answered in the interests of PharmaCare and the customer/consumer, in a prompt and efficient time frame. This may involve researching and creating required information packages.
Serve as liaison between customer service and various departments including Marketing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Scientific Affairs domestically and internationally.
To log enquiries in keeping with PharmaCare processes and procedures for TGA/internal reporting.
To coordinate a database of customer service enquiries and answers to maintain and improve information management.
To coordinate the replacement of products to the consumer for all faulty product complaints.
Partner with SA and QA in the development and maintenance of required training.
To participate in audits and assist with implementing actions when required.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
Naturopathic Degree/Advanced Diploma essential.
Fully PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with Salesforce experience if possible.
Previous Naturopath industry experience preferred.
Previous customer service experience desirable.
Strong communication/written skills, including strong reporting skills with great attention to detail.
Strong, calm and confident phone manner.
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Must possess initiative, a desire to learn and be well organised.
Ability to work unsupervised to complete tasks.
Strong problem-solving ability.
