Our busy Neutral Bay Clinic is looking for a casual Reception/Admin support team member.

Serving patients globally, our focus is on addressing health issues associated with the MTHFR gene.

Working on a job share basis, this role covers:

* Patient bookings and enquiries

* Managing incoming calls and emails

* Practitioner support

* Stock and supplement management

* Accounts management

* Data entry

A strong phone and customer service manner is required, along with a high comfort level with a variety of software and operating systems.

This is a busy role, in an expanding clinic. You will need to multi-task and manage your own workload - ensuring you meet deadlines and patient expectations.
