Our clinic is located in the heart of Sydney CBD and consists of several practitioners who specialize in a range of modalities including Osteopathy, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy and Remedial Massage. We require a motivated, energetic receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team!

 

At this stage, the ideal candidate would be available on Monday's, Thursday's and Friday's. This position would suit a student as the hours are flexible and negotiable to change each semester.

The main duties include answering phone calls and emails, responding to patient enquiries and booking appointments.

This position would suit someone who has experience working as a receptionist in a medical setting. Ideally you will have the following skills / interests:

• A highly organised person who enjoys a busy, varied role

• Strong customer service skills

• An interest in the Osteopathic or Allied health

• Some experience in Cliniko would be highly desired but not essential

• Prior experience working in a similar industry, again would be highly desired but not essential.
