Equip yourself with the skills required to identify & implement weight loss and weight maintenance strategies.
You’ll cover the physical and psychological qualities of foods, dietary types, trends, diets and lifestyles choices to meet varying client needs with diverse relationship to foods and eating patterns. 

By the conclusion you’ll have the skill to develop weight management strategies for individuals.
Learn how to establish a client’s nutritional intake. Understand and address the impact of lifestyle and food and beverage choices, stage of life and other influencing factors in developing weight management strategies. The links between food and mood and behaviour will identified and discussed.
 You’ll learn how to explain the guidelines for effective weight loss and maintenance including the appropriate diet and exercise and how to establish weight management strategy outcomes.

Participant receive a certificate of completion.

A pre-requisite to this subject is Introduction to Nutrition.
