Learn how to harness the power of body and mind to reduce stress and anxiety, while improving concentration and sleep. 
During this workshop, we will explore the science of meditation and how its benefits contribute to improved well-being. There will also be experiential practice of a range of meditation techniques, including breath and body awareness. 

Students will learn strategies to build emotional resilience, concentration, and to cultivate a sense of ease and peace, with guidance around establishing a regular meditation routine, and resources for ongoing practice.

About Your Facilitator: Emma Gray

As a Clinical Psychologist, Meditation teacher and Coach, Emma has worked with a wide range of clients, including corporate professionals, healthcare practitioners, working and stay-at-home parents, and individuals experiencing mental health issues. With over 10 years meditation experience, she is a published author, with articles specialising in mental health and well-being. Emma’s meditation teachings and recordings have been accessed across the globe, including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. She is involved on the development and facilitation of meditation and mindfulness courses offered in hospitals, education settings and private practice.

With a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, Emma blends her understanding of modern neuroscience with traditional Eastern approaches to mind, body, and spiritual well-being. She has a warm, empathetic approach, gently guiding students to connect with their own inner wisdom and sense of joy.
