Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi is a holistic, ancient Chinese practice which enhances overall wellbeing by promoting the flow of Qi (life energy) through the body. Suitable for all fitness levels, Tai Chi is composed of slow, flowing movements which benefit musculoskeletal conditions and circulation, increases energy, alleviates stress and improves overall mental and physical wellbeing.
This course of guided weekly classes is open to people of all ages and fitness levels.
What to bring to class:
Comfortable and loose fitting clothing is recommended to allow for free movement throughout your practice.
About your Trainer:
Angela Tian Zhu is a ATMS qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), World Academic Society of Medical QI Gong Council Member and a AKWF National Accredited Qi Gong and Tai Chi instructor. Angela was born in Beijing and followed in the footsteps of her grandfather, father and mother to become a TCM practitioner. She has practised in China and Europe and has been in practice in Australia since 1992.
