In this fulfilling course, you will explore the importance of various wellness practices such as Mindfulness Meditation, Acceptance & Commitment Skills, Loving/Kindness Mediation, Gratitude & Wellness; Consciousness & Yoga; Qi-gong & Tai-chi and the power of positive affirmations to make lasting beneficial changes.
