Certificate in Natural Health

The Certificate in Natural Health provides the perfect opportunity to explore the amazing world of naturopathy, a holistic system of healing that incorporates a range of treatments and natural therapies, with the underlying belief that your body is able to fight infection and disease itself, given the right support.

Studies include the history of natural medicine, naturopathic principles and philosophies, the study of herbal medicine - plant based medicine, and an introduction to holistic nutrition, diets and nutrients and developing healthy, well balanced, nutritionally balanced food plans.

Providing a great overview of the major natural medicine modalities, the Certificate in Natural Health is ideal for those wishing to gain training in the foundational aspects of natural medicine or for those wanting to complement their current skills.

 

The course program is very flexible as all three subjects are offered every term, you can complete the course in one term or over two or three terms. Each term consists of 12 weeks making the course program a lifestyle friendly course.  Below is the schedule for Term 2.

Introduction to Nutrition - commencing from 18 June

Herbal Medicine A – Materia Medica – commencing from 19 June

Introduction to Natural Medicine – commencing from 3 July

Enjoy the ease of attending the classes live in our virtual classroom with your Trainer OR watch the recording in line with your own weekly study schedule and/or do both to consolidate your learning.

 

The course program gives you 2 subject credits towards the Advanced Diploma of Clinical Naturopathy, and one subject credits towards the Advanced Diploma of Clinical Western Herbal Medicine, Advanced Diploma of Clinical Nutrition, Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathic Therapeutics and Professional Certificate in Natural Remedies
