We are looking for a recently graduated Naturopath or a student in final year.
Natural Chemist is an online integrative pharmacy dedicated to providing quality natural medicines and remarkable customer sevice to patients all over Australia and the world. We also have an online patient ordering system with a comprehensive range of supplements, a liquid herbal dispensary and compounded nutritionals. There are many more growth opportunities ahead of us and we need a passionate, creative and capable Naturopath to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- engaging with and caring for clients via phone, email, online chat and face to face visits.
- delivering amazing customer service both in store and online
- creatively finding solutions to help the business continue in its growth
Requirements:
- Naturopathy qualification or final year student
- Passion to learn and grow
- Love of customer service and integrative health care
- High attention to detail
- Creativity, proactivity and tenacity.
- A sense of humour helps.
