As a small business we have established a long standing and solid reputation with thousands of patients, practitioners and GPs and integrated doctors. We offer a range of diagnostic tests including food intolerances, histamine, gut microbiome and lipid profiles. We are looking for a passionate and hard working person to join our small and friendly team as a part time office administrator and phone consultant.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the science behind these tests, process pathology results, assist our in-house naturopath and consult with customers on the phone about their test options and health concerns. As part of this role you will occasionally cover the EA to the managing director by assisting with medical based dictations.
This role is for 1 year maternity leave cover, however part time flexible hours can be arranged with the right candidate and there is opportunity for a permanent position. Impeccable attention to detail and excellent phone manner are a must, MYOB and typing skills are preferable.
