You will undertake a diverse range of activities including (but not limited to):

Customer service in a health profession environment

  • Processing sales orders

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries

  • Answering and redirecting calls and emails

  • Data entry and filing system maintenance

  • Assisting customers with website applications

  • Ad hoc warehouse pick, pack, despatch activities

To be succesful in the role you must have

  • Previous office experience with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills; polite, friendly and helpful manner
  • Confident computer skills (MS Office Suite essential), MYOB Exo accounting software knowledge highly regarded
  • This role is suitable to an individual that has excellent attention to detail; can multi task (we are busy) is well organised, proactive and has a can do attitude.
  • An interest in natural medicine will be well regarded.
