Secrets of Longevity - What can the world's traditional diets teach us?

In this Secret on Longevity workshop, you will learn about the principles and health benefits of four prominent ancient traditional diets and explore how elements from these diets can be incorporated within your own modern day diet to help prevent disease and promote longevity.

You will also receive a selection of delicious recipes from traditional cuisines around the world.

This workshop is valuable for anyone interested in improving their diet and lifestyle in order to lower their risk of chronic disease, and to reach their potential maximum life span.

"I really enjoyed it! I'm still reading the course books now, it really opened my eyes to how the body processes food and how different foods make it function, which I wasn't really aware of before. I also liked that the assignments were based on your own life in a lot of ways, so you were forced to look at your diet and reflect on what you've learned..."
