The Resilient Mindset

Working through difficulties and problems gives you a chance to learn about yourself, develop resilience, and grow as a person.

Feeling optimistic and hopeful, are keys to social and emotionally wellbeing and positive mental health, this comes more naturally to some people than others.

A resilient growth mindset focuses on emotional strength and awareness, and a positive sense of self. "Changing your mindset could be the key to changing your life".

Participants receive a certificate upon completion. 

Study on-campus in Sydney or on-line.

Completion of this short course will give you credit towards the Diploma of Holistic Wellness Coaching.
