Infrared Sauna Sessions Northern Beaches

Category: Beauty & Spa Industry

Region: Sydney Metropolitan

Sub-Region: Northern Beaches

Date Posted: 28 March 2017

The Infrared Sauna at my treatment rooms in Cromer on the Northern Beaches is available for use Monday to Friday from 9.00 am and the last appointment at 2 pm.

Each session is 35-40 mins and an indoor or outdoor shower is available after if you require. Infrared Saunas do bring a sweat but not as much as your conventional Hot Rocks sauna. The biggest benefit of this type of sauna is fat burning and subsequent detoxification. It really helps ramp up your skins elimination capacity thus taking the pressure off your other organs of detoxification like the liver and kidneys. Our livers all need a break!! Your complexion also benefits!!

Sweat analysed from conventional saunas contains 3% toxins whereas sweat from infrared contains 15-20% toxins and includes heavy metals, sulfuric acid, ammonia, uric acid, sodium and fat soluble toxins.

Meditation and relaxation CD’s are available or bring your own. Colour Therapy Lights are also installed.

Some of the other the benefits of Infrared Sauna Therapy

  1. Lowers high blood pressure.
  2. Weight loss – see table below
  3. Chronic Pain Management esp. muscle pain, back pain and rheumatoid arthritis.
  4. Healthier and younger looking skin.
  5. Pre or Post exercise warm-up or down.
