Health & Well-being Activities for Workplaces
Health and Well-being activities support a healthy lifestyle, balanced attitude, provide relaxation and are a preventive strategy for managing stress & illness.
Taking a pro-active approach to the Health and Well-being of your staff makes for a workplace that is supportive, positive & appreciated.
Nature Care College provides a variety of Wellness Workshop options for workplaces to choose from. Wellness Workshops are designed to increase your staff's knowledge about their health and wellbeing and have a focus on preventative healthcare. They are also a refreshingly fun social activity that is inclusive, positive & unique.
Wellness Workshops can be held either at your workplace or onsite at Nature Care College Well-being hub.
The duration of the Wellness Workshop can be tailored to your individual workplace needs from a 2 hour workshop, half day workshop, 1 day or a 2 day workshop wellness experience.
