Meridians for Massage Therapists - Stage 2

In Meridians for Massage Therapist Stage 2, Cupping Therapy will be introduced as a useful adjunct when working meridians in a massage setting.

By the conclusion of the workshop students will be able to identify meridians for appropriate use in massage, apply appropriate techniques when working meridians and use Cupping Therapy as safe adjunct in their massage treatments.

About the facilitator "Greg Derwin"

Greg holds qualifications in Remedial Massage, Remedial Therapies, Sports Therapies and Shiatsu Therapy. He has been involved with many groups such as Stroke Victims, Cancer, MS, Parkinson Disease, sporting and corporate bodies and worked extensively on the elderly over his 22 year career.

With a broad knowledge of Oriental therapies, meridians and the fusion of Massage Therapy, Greg's bodywork treatments encompass both philosophies to the benefit of every client creating a complete holistic treatment package for body, mind and spirit. Greg has a passion for passing on his knowledge to students with techniques that blend both forms of bodywork therapy.
