Reflexology 1 - An Introduction

This foundational short course introduces you to the basic concepts and techniques of the ancient art of Reflexology.

Used for thousands of years to promote relaxation and maintain physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, Reflexology is based on the concept that our feet and hands reflect a map of our body. It involves gently stimulating specific pressure points on the feet and hands that correspond to organs and other parts of the body, with amazing results!

In Reflexology 1- An Introduction you will learn specific techniques using your fingers and thumbs, to stimulate these pressure points, to identify and treat a range of conditions and ailments and promote relaxation and correct imbalances in the body through reflex action.

In addition to the theory and practical skills and knowledge involved in providing a basic Reflexology treatment, you will learn relaxation and visualisation techniques to use during treatment and interpersonal, coaching and feedback techniques to be able to connect with clients in practice.

Reflexology 1- An Introduction is the perfect short course for those wanting to explore the world of Reflexology, to learn how to provide a Reflexology treatment for friends and family, or for those commencing their studies to become a professional Reflexologist.
