Mindfulness Meditation Classes
Would you like to take time out from the business of life and learn how to relax and find that inner peace? You will learn about stress and how to manage it, how to relax physically, unwind emotionally and calm your mind. Mindfulness can help you improve your self-esteem , compassion and ability to focus .You can acquire effective tools to help regulate your emotions and cultivate an appreciation for what is important to you in your life.
The Mindfulness Meditation classes run for 1 hour each week and go for a duration of 4 week blocks. The cost for a four week block of classes is $95.
About Your Trainers
Alison Hutchens is a fully certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher by the Gawler Foundation and has been teaching meditation classes for more than 10 years. Alison is an accredited member of the of Meditation Association of Australia (ATMA ) and is also a registered Energetic Medicine Practitioners (AcuEnergetics) and Professional Coach.
What To Bring
Participants are asked to bring along a yoga mat or towel for the sessions.
