In Meditation 1 you will explore the area of self-awareness and personal growth as you learn and experience some of the many forms of meditation available. You will also develop an understanding of the theory and purpose that underlies all meditation traditions as well as the different styles, techniques and traditions.
Which meditation technique is for you? Throughout this short course you will explore and practise a variety of meditation techniques, both in class and between sessions, to ultimately develop your own personal meditation practise - using the technique/s that most suit you, as you experience first-hand the benefits of meditation as an integral part of life.
Whether you want to learn to meditate for personal use, are already practicing Meditation and want to expand and deepen your practice and learn some of the theory behind these amazing transformative techniques, or are commencing our Professional Certificate in Meditation Facilitation, Meditation 1 is for you!
