Business Skills For Healthcare Professionals

Do you need to update or enhance your business skills?

With the requirements and guidelines for health care professionals changing so frequently it can be hard to stay up to date and on top of your business and the many requirements that go with running a successful practice.

Business Skills for Healthcare Professionals takes a detailed look at what is required to run and work effectively within a clinical health practice.

In short course you will learn and explore effective ways to ensure that you are operating your clinic in the most efficient manner, establishing your place in the market, meeting compliance requirements and making the most of your network, whilst maintaining your focus on providing excellent care to your clients.

By the end of Business Skills for Healthcare Professionals you will have the skills and knowledge required to work effectively in a healthcare setting with clients, staff, visitors, suppliers and others, as well as implement and monitor compliance with relevant legal and ethical requirements, arrange referrals to other health care professionals and provide administration for a clinical health practice.
