This module offers a wonderful introduction to the fundamental techniques of massage covering the basic physiology of Swedish massage, applying Swedish massage techniques and learning a full body Swedish massage sequence.
Become familiar with different massage oils, skin conditions, benefits of massage and even an introduction to pregnancy massage.
