Sounds of Chakras
Chakras are energy vortices in our subtle anatomy which constantly spin and emit sound currents that carry a spectrum of light, colour and frequency. Although not observable, these sounds have a powerful impact on our physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing. When the body begins to 'hum', harmony is created in our entire system, latent energy is awakened, and a positive state of mind and feeling of subtle joy are experienced.
