This workshop takes you through all aspects of fasting and detoxification as they apply to clinical practice.

Kira is an experienced Naturopath specialising in general nutrition, sports nutrition and has been lecturing with Nature Care College for over ten years and is a clinical supervisor in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition. Kira consults and lecturers to a variety of corporations and is an inspirational speaker. In her spare time, Kira trains and competes in long course triathlon. Her knowledge, passion and experience has been utilised by many local and national athletes, teams and coaches.
