Discover the subtle anatomy of the body. You will be introduced to the position and function of the auric field, chakras and meridians. We explore how they work on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. With many practical exercises we develop an understanding of the interrelationships between our energetic systems and some of the philosophies involved. This course teaches a deep listening to these subtle energies to help us support our body and being in balance.
